11th Annual Photo Exhibition of Jaipur Photographers Club Concludes

- Photos of 112 participants from 6 countries were displayed in the exhibition
- Fourth issue of December Edition of JPC Magazine released
Jaipur :  The 11th annual photo exhibition organised by Jaipur Photographers Club successfully concluded with the prize distribution ceremony at the Chaturdik Art Gallery of Jawahar Kala Kendra (JKK). The winners of the exhibition were awarded Maya Khubani Memorial Award by Ram Chand Khubani. The first prize was given to Durgesh Nandini Bais (Jaipur) and the second prize was given to Irene Chattopadhyay (Chandan Nagar). Biswarup Saha from Kolkata was awarded the third position, Somnath Mukherjee from Kolkata got the fourth position and Saurabh Dhanorkar from Pune was awarded the fifth position.
 
The participants were honoured with certificates, JPC Medallion, JPC Look Book and JPC Goodie Bag as prizes. Dr. Samaresh Srivastava, Awadhesh Kumar Pandey, Pavnesh Arora, Shyam Sharma, Pankaj Mandowara, Ravi Kamra, Sher Bahadur Singh, Kamaljeet Yadav and Gaurav Agarwal were present as special guests at the function.
 
On this occasion, the December Edition of JPC Magazine was also released by the guests. This is the fourth issue of JPC Magazine and its circulation is increasing day by day. During this four-day exhibition, along with the work of all the participants, coffee table books, "Purvottar Ka Safar" by Anil Khubani and “Spitified” by Ajay Nair, Shibu Nair and Pavnesh Arora were highly appreciated. Raunak Khubani was given a special award for being the youngest participant in the exhibition. Two of his photographs were displayed in the exhibition.
 
At the beginning of the function, Club Founder, Anil Khubani shared the journey of the club. He emphasized that in any journey, more important than the journey or the destination are the companions that have been with the club in making the event a successful one. He thanked all the guests, participants, supporters, backbenchers and volunteers for their contribution in making the program a success.
 
It is noteworthy that 112 participants of different age groups from 6 countries, 24 states and 71 cities participated in the exhibition. 172 photographs were showcased in the exhibition. Various themes at the exhibition were Landscapes, Street, Wildlife, Star Trails, Long Exposure, Still Life, Portraits, Fashion, Macro and much more.
